Cassian is the zulu-synth prodigy of Australia’s favourite indie/disco crossover label BANG GANG 12inches.
The Sydney-sider has played Dorothy more than any other interstate guest so it was only natural to get him to represent on Dorothy’s first dance mix! On his CD he keeps it super funky & ever fresh, its a reflection of early Dorothy sets & what goes on in the quiet riot. Its everything Cassian is about…PARTY PARTY PARTY!

POP A CAP has been head first into Melbournes glamorous party scene since casio watches were cool, and is right now a member of the super cool label COMMON TROLLS, which also has friends Trumpdisco, Airwolf & Jasper on the books.
Away from putting on totally awesome parties under the SMILE RIOTS banner, he has winged himself a mediocre dj career that is cruising beyond the past gigs of weddings & bar mitzvahs, mainly thanks to his fistful of closely kept disco bootlegs & flawless dance moves that have earned him spots in support of a throng of international DJs & live bands.
On his CD Poppa has taken a bunch of old & new to piece together a nostalgic mix of glam funk, dance & bombs that have forged the main time sets of DOROTHY over the past year and then some…
